Cold brewing an organic black tea, we are able to keep the fresh aroma and taste without imparting any harsh tannins. We want to keep the tea light and let the Spirit shine through, making this perfect for the Bourbon drinkers out there, but still refreshing for light Spirit fans!  Blueberries were a natural choice to complement and give a nice fruity finish.
